New Western Dry Gin

Western dry gin, also known as New Generation gin, is a counterpart to classic gin. Instead of a dominant juniper flavour, flavours of other botanicals are brought to the fore. The perfect balance between juniper berries and other botanicals creates a beautiful aroma and this gin can also be drunk pure. Well-known examples are Gin Mare and Hendrick's Gin.
